[Important Update] Apple Login Improvement Coming November 3rd

We’re improving how you log in to Edgen.

Most users won’t need to do anything, however, if you signed up using your Apple ID, please read this carefully: your account will reset on Monday, November 3 and you’ll need to sign up again.

Don’t worry though: your data and Aura are safe, and we’ve already prepared a simple backup process to keep everything intact and restored.

How to keep your account and Aura if you are an Apple ID user

1. Open the backup form.
2. Fill in:
   1. Your previous Edgen handle
   2. The Apple account you used to sign up
   3. Your linked X account
   4. Your new Edgen handle (if different)
3. Submit the form. Our team will restore your data and Aura to your new login shortly after reviewing your submission.

Then, after re-signing up, everything will come back to you.

Tip for Apple ID users

Based on the privacy settings you choose, Apple sometimes hides your real email and uses an alias for privacy purposes (more details in the backup form).

Here’s how to find it:

1. Visit https://account.apple.com/sign-in
2. Head to the sections shown in the screenshots below

Use that @privaterelay.appleid.com in the backup form.
