The Company’s activities are structured into three main segments: the Sheet Metal Processing segment (Bystronic) offers solutions for the processing of sheet metal and other sheet materials; the Chemical Specialties segment develops, manufactures and processes special foam materials (FoamPartner) and provides overprint varnishes and laminating adhesives for the graphical and packaging industries (Schmid Rhyner), and the Sporting Goods segment (Mammut) develops and markets climbing, mountaineering, hiking, mountain training and winter sports equipment.
