The Cerro Prieto Project is a 100% owned, 4,335 hectares (ha) property, located in the Cucurpe Mining District, Sonora, Mexico. In addition, the Company is the 100% owner of the fully permitted gold project located 140 km east of the capital Zacatecas in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico (the Pinos Project).
