Tsodilo Resources Ltd. is an international diamond and metals exploration company, which engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties. The company is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The company went IPO on 2000-09-01. The firm has a 100% stake in its Gcwihaba project area, consisting of five metal (base, precious, platinum group, and rare earth) prospecting licenses all located in the North-West district of Botswana. The firm also holds a 100% interest in Bosoto (Pty) Limited (Bosoto), Newdico (Pty) Limited (Newdico) and Tsodilo Resources Bermuda Limited. Bosoto holds one precious stone prospecting license, PL369/2014, for the area containing the BK16 kimberlite. Newdico provides administrative, operational, exploration, geophysical, and drilling services to the Company’s other subsidiaries.
