The Company’s Perron property is composed of approximately 117 claims covering an area of 4,518 hectares located in the township of Perron and is located eight kilometers (km) northwest of the town of Normetal. Its Lebel-sur-Quevillon project consists of four properties that are located 26 km North of Lebel-sur-Quevillon in the north-western part of the Quebec province. The Lebel-sur-Quevillon project consists of Cameron property, Madeleine West property, Madeleine East property and Pusticamica property. Its Eastmain River properties are situated in the Eeyou Istchee Territory, James Bay, Quebec, approximately 350 km north of the town of Chibougamau in the Plan Nord Region. Its Eastmain River Gold project consists of four properties: the Eastmain River North, East, West and South properties. The firm also owns the Perron West Project located in the province of Quebec, covering a total area of 15,192 hectares.
