The Company’s lead development program, eRapa, is under development for familial adenomatous polyposis and non-muscle invasive bladder cancer; tolimidone, under development as a for the treatment of type 1 diabetes; and MTX110, which is being studied in aggressive rare/orphan brain cancer indications, including recurrent glioblastoma, diffuse midline glioma, or DMG, and medulloblastoma. Its technologies include Q-Sphera, MidaCore and MidaSolve. The Q-Sphera platform is a polymer microsphere microtechnology used for sustained delivery to prolong and control the release of therapeutics over an extended period of time, from weeks to months. Its MidaSolve platform is an oligosaccharide nanotechnology that is used to solubilize drugs so that they can be administered in liquid form directly and locally into tumors.
