The company went IPO on 2000-08-01. The principal activity of the Bank is to provide its local communities with general commercial and retail banking services. The Bank provides a range of business and consumer financial services through its approximately three New Jersey branch offices located in Collingswood, Westville and Cinnaminson. The Bank offers personal checking accounts, New Jersey consumer checking, negotiable order of withdrawal (NOW) interest checking accounts and overdraft protection services, statement savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit and club accounts. The company also offers home equity loans, home equity lines of credit, car loans, personal loans, residential mortgages, online banking, mobile banking and telephone banking services. The company offers VISA CheckCard, safe deposit boxes, direct deposit services, wire transfers and other services.
