The Company’s lead clinical stage drug candidate is sirexatamab (DKN-01), a monoclonal antibody that inhibits Dickkopf-related protein 1 (DKK1). DKK1 is also a modulator of CKAP4/PI3K/AKT signaling. The firm is developing DKN-01 in a clinical trial in patients with colorectal cancer and has also conducted clinical trials in patients with gastric/gastroesophageal junction cancer and endometrial cancer patients. The firm also has a preclinical program to develop a proprietary monoclonal antibody known as FL-501. FL-501 is a monoclonal antibody in preclinical development that targets growth and differentiation factor 15 (GDF15), which is a cytokine that is produced at elevated levels in response to various stresses.
