The Company’s Underlying Properties consist of producing and non-producing interests in oil and natural gas units, wells and lands in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. The Underlying Properties are divided into two geographic regions: the Permian Basin region and the East Texas/North Louisiana region.
