Sonoro Gold Corp. is an exploration company, which engages in the acquisition and development of mineral properties. The Cerro Caliche Project is located in the Cucurpe Municipality of Sonora State in northwestern Mexico. The Cerro Caliche Project consists of approximately 26 contiguous mining concessions, covering a total area of approximately 3,975.97 hectares. The Cerro Caliche Project is situated close to several gold-silver mining operations, including Bear Creek Mining’s Mercedes mine and Agnico Eagle’s advanced Santa Gertrudis project. The San Marcial Project is located in Santa Ana Municipality of Sonora State in northwestern Mexico and is comprised of four contiguous mining concessions held by the Company’s wholly owned Mexican subsidiary Minera Breco, S.A. de C.V. The San Marcial Project covers approximately 1,015.80 hectares and is situated at southern end of the prolific Sonora-Mojave Megashear.
