Key Takeaways:

Hims & Hers Health completed its acquisition of Eucalyptus on Tuesday, advancing its position as the world's largest consumer health platform with a presence across 10 markets and a long-term target of $6.5 billion in revenue by 2030.
"The future of health isn't inside of a doctor's office. It will be integrated into the rhythm of your daily life, anticipating issues before you even see them, and adapting with you," said Andrew Dudum, co-founder and CEO of Hims & Hers.
The deal, which follows the earlier acquisitions of ZAVA and Livewell, gives Hims & Hers a leading presence across the US, UK, Australian, and Canadian markets, with a growing footprint in France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, and Japan. Eucalyptus, the parent company of weight-management brand Juniper, has served more than 850,000 customers as of May 2026.
The acquisition positions Hims & Hers to reach hundreds of millions of consumers across four continents, creating a closed-loop data ecosystem that strengthens network effects globally. The company reaffirmed its confidence in long-term targets of $6.5 billion in revenue and $1.3 billion in adjusted EBITDA by 2030.
Juniper, which Eucalyptus operated, has built a trusted weight-management program in multiple markets. In Germany, where nearly one in five adults lives with obesity, Juniper launched in March 2023 and has grown into a partner for evidence-based care. In Japan, where patients with weight-related concerns wait an average of six years to seek support, Juniper entered in November 2023 and has built a steady customer base. In Canada, where nearly two-thirds of adults are overweight or living with obesity, Hims & Hers became the first platform to bring generic semaglutide to eligible Canadians after launching in 2025.
The company will maintain a local clinical approach in each market, connecting patients with providers licensed in their region. Continuity of care remains a priority, with existing Juniper patients seeing no interruption in treatment.
"Building Eucalyptus has shown us that the best healthcare is local in its understanding and global in its ambition," said Tim Doyle, Senior Vice President of International at Hims & Hers and former CEO of Eucalyptus. "Joining Hims & Hers gives our teams in Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, and the United Kingdom the ability to deepen what we've built."
The acquisition gives Hims & Hers the scale to expand into new categories of care beyond weight management, including sexual health and hair loss, building a platform that supports health across adult life stages. The company's expanded international footprint diversifies revenue streams beyond the US market, where it has built its core business.
