Daiwa House Logistics Trust operates as a real estate investment trust. DHLT’s objectives are to provide Unitholders with regular and stable distributions, and to achieve long-term growth in distribution per unit (DPU) and net asset value per unit, while maintaining an optimal capital structure and strengthening the portfolio in scale and quality. Its portfolio comprises approximately 19 modern logistics properties (18 in Japan and one in Vietnam) with an aggregate net lettable area of approximately 499,000 square meters.
