Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust is a real estate investment trust. The Trust’s investment strategy is principally to invest, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing office real estate in key markets in the United States, as well as real estate-related assets. The Trust’s portfolio comprises approximately seven freehold office properties in Arizona, California, Georgia, New Jersey, Virginia and Washington D.C., with an aggregate net lettable area of 3.5 million sq ft.
