Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust is a real estate investment trust. The Trust’s portfolio comprises approximately seven freehold office properties in Arizona, California, Georgia, New Jersey, Virginia and Washington D.C., with an aggregate net lettable area of 3.5 million sq ft. The Trust’s properties include Figueroa, Michelson, Exchange, Penn, Phipps, Diablo and Centerpointe. The Trust’s manager is Manulife US Real Estate Management Pte. Ltd.
