Golden Solar New Energy Technology Holdings Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the manufacture and design of footwear. The company is headquartered in Quanzhou, Fujian and currently employs 1,130 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2011-01-28. The firm operates three reporting Segments. The Boree Branded Products segment manufactures and sells Boree branded slippers, sandals and casual footwear. The Graphene-based Products Segment applied the technology know-how by applying graphene in the production of graphene-based ethylene-vinyl acetate foam material and slippers, graphene deodorizing and sterilizing chips for air purifiers and air conditioners and graphene air sterilizers. The Original Equipment Manufacturer Segment produces slippers for branding and resale by others. The firm mainly conducts its businesses in the domestic market and overseas markets.


