Commercial Operational Services segment provides market research and positioning and tenant sourcing services and commercial operation services and commercial properties leasing. Value-added Services to Non-property Owners segment provides value-added services to non-property owners, including preliminary planning, design consultancy and pre-delivery services and sales office management.
