The firm is focused on the exploration and development of precious and base metals along the Eskay rift in a highly prolific region of northwest British Columbia known as the Golden Triangle, 70-kilometers (km) northwest of Stewart, British Columbia. The firm holds mineral tenures in this area, comprising 177 claims (52,600 hectares). The ESKAY-Corey Property comprises several Au-Ag Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS), and gabbro-hosted magmatic Ni-Cu-PGE targets located in the Golden Triangle. Its main VMS target areas on the property include the SIB-Lulu, TV-Jeff, C10, GFJ, and Spearhead zones. The Sib and Lulu VMS showings lie on the west limb of the Eskay anticline, with Sib located four km southwest of the world-class Eskay Creek mine. The Maroon Cliffs target is located on the northern nose of the McTagg anticlinorium.
