Network, Pricing & Optimization aims to optimize the profit and loss for the airline through network, pricing and operations planning. Product & Digital Development delivers user experiences across digital and physical touchpoints. Marketing, Sales & Customer Care seeks to optimize sales, distribution and marketing. Operations conducts commercial airline activities. Support Functions has four important support functions: Finance & Control, People, Information Technology & Business Services and Communications & Public Affairs.
