The Investment Property Operation segment mainly engages in the lease of investment properties, mainly comprising shopping malls and rental housing, as well as rental housing, serviced apartments, industrial offices, healthcare, and elderly care facilities. The Property Services segment provides property management and entrusted construction services for residential, commercial, office, and industrial parks. The firm mainly operates in the domestic and overseas markets.
