Hospital Corp. of China Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the operation and management of hospitals. The company is headquartered in Beijing, Beijing. The company went IPO on 2017-03-16. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, operates its businesses through three segments. General hospital services segment is mainly engaged in hospital services including outpatient and inpatient services. Hospital management services segment is mainly involved in the provision of comprehensive management services including operation management services, supply chain services and other ancillary services. Sale of pharmaceutical products segment is mainly involved in sale of pharmaceutical products by the Company’s retail pharmacy. The firm mainly conducts its businesses in the domestic market.
