Cheniere Energy Partners LP engages in the operations of liquefied natural gas. The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas and currently employs 1,714 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2007-03-21. The Sabine Pass LNG terminal also has operational regasification facilities that include five LNG storage tanks, vaporizers, and three marine berths. The firm also owns a 94-mile natural gas supply pipeline through its subsidiary, Creole Trail Pipeline, L.P., that interconnects the Sabine Pass LNG Terminal with several large interstate and intrastate pipelines (the Creole Trail Pipeline). The company provides LNG to integrated energy companies, utilities and energy trading companies.
