The company is headquartered in Nanchang, Jiangxi and currently employs 215 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2011-07-22. Through its subsidiaries, The Company operates its businesses through two segments. Property Development segment is mainly engaged in residential properties, detached housing, apartments, retails as well as commercial properties. Other segment is mainly involved in conducting pharmaceutical inspection business and through its subsidiary Zhejiang IPS and stem cell business. The firm's other businesses include consultancy service, dental service and chemistry, manufacturing and control (CMC) related service. The firm mainly conducts its businesses in the domestic market and overseas markets.
