The firm has developed the hyperpolarized Xenon MRI inhaled contrast agent, XENOVIEW (xenon Xe 129 hyperpolarized). The company develops equipment that enables existing MRI systems to achieve an improved level of pulmonary functional imaging. 129Xe gas is being studied for visualization of gas exchange regionally in the smallest airways of the lungs, across the alveolar tissue membrane, and into the pulmonary bloodstream. Its technology provides an investigational diagnostic approach, offering a non-invasive and radiation-free functional imaging platform.
