Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp’s subsidiaries include Seanergy Shipmanagement Corp, Squire Ocean Navigation Co, Pembroke Chartering Services Limited, Harbour Business International Corp as well as Friend Ocean Navigation Co and Seanergy Management Corp.
