Key Takeaways:

IMPACT Silver Corp. (TSXV: IPT) reported record first-quarter net income of $11.3 million as revenue nearly tripled on higher silver prices.
"This is the kind of quarter we have been working toward for a long time," Fred Davidson, President & CEO of IMPACT, said.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 rose to $31.2 million, a 192 percent increase from $10.7 million in the same period last year. The company did not provide consensus estimates for comparison.
The strong results, driven by a 60 percent grade improvement at its main operation, position the company with $48 million in working capital and no debt to fund exploration and potentially restart other projects.
The Zacualpan Silver-Lead-Zinc Operation was the primary driver of the performance, generating revenue of $29.3 million. The Guadalupe mill processed 37,922 tonnes of ore, an 8 percent increase from a year ago, while silver production climbed 80 percent to 268,470 ounces. The company realized an average silver price of $77.91 per ounce, more than double the $31.51 per ounce in Q1 2025.
In contrast, the company’s Plomosas Zinc-Lead-Silver Operation recorded a gross loss of $2.0 million on revenue of $1.8 million. IMPACT announced on March 20 it would temporarily suspend underground mining at Plomosas to develop a more efficient operating plan while continuing exploration.
The results highlight how established producers are capitalizing on the strong silver price environment, contrasting with smaller peers like Bayhorse Silver Inc. which recently moved to semi-annual reporting to reduce costs. Investors will watch for updates on IMPACT's discussions for toll-milling arrangements at Plomosas and exploration results from the Carlos Pacheco Vein to see if the operational momentum can be maintained.
