The firm operates through two business segments: Shopping Centers and Mixed-Use Properties. The firm operates and manages a real estate portfolio comprised of approximately 62 properties, which includes 58 community and neighborhood shopping centers and mixed-use properties with approximately 10.2 million square feet of leasable area, and four land and development properties.
