The company is headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii and currently employs 27 full-time employees. The Company’s oil and natural gas segment is engaged in acquiring, developing, producing and selling oil and natural gas in Canada and the United States. Its land investment segment is engaged in leasehold land interests in Hawaii. In addition, the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, involved in several non-operated oil and natural gas investments in Oklahoma and Texas. The Company’s core Canadian asset is located at Twining, Alberta, about 70 miles northeast of Calgary and encompasses 16,000 net acres. Its subsidiary, BOK Drilling, LLC, has a minority non-operated interest in seven wells in Oklahoma. Its subsidiary, Barnwell Texas, LLC, has a minority non-operated interest in two wells in Texas.
