CapitaLand China Trust is a real estate investment trust, which engages in the business of investing in a diversified portfolio of income-producing properties and used primarily for retail, office, and industrial purposes. The objective of the Trust is to invest on a long-term basis, in a diversified portfolio of income producing real estate and real estate-related assets in China, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR), and Macau that are used for retail, office, and industrial purposes (including business parks, logistics facilities, data centers and integrated developments). Its portfolio consists of approximately 18 properties across China, including nine retail malls, five business parks, and four logistics parks. Its properties include CapitaMall Xizhimen, Rock Square, CapitaMall Xinnan, CapitaMall Nuohemule, CapitaMall Yuhuating, CapitaMall Aidemengdun, Ascendas Xinsu Portfolio Singapore-Hangzhou Science & Technology Park Phase I, Ascendas Innovation Towers, Shanghai Fengxian Logistics Park, and Kunshan Bacheng Logistics Park. The Trust is managed by CapitaLand China Trust Management Limited.
