Sanu Gold Corp. is a junior mineral exploration stage company, which engages in the business of acquiring, exploring, and evaluating natural resource properties; and either developing these properties further or disposing them when the evaluation is complete. The Company, through its Guinean subsidiary, Zirasanu SARL (Zirasanu), holds a 75% interest in three gold exploration permits in Guinea, West Africa. The Bantabaye permit is located within the Siguiri Basin, approximately 70 kilometers (km) to the northwest of the Kouroussa township in northeastern Guinea, and covers a surface area of over 99.9 square kilometers (km2).
