Vital Healthcare Property Trust is an investment fund, which invests in health and medical-related properties. The Trust owns a diversified portfolio of healthcare assets, including many of the private hospitals, aged care facilities, and out-patient buildings in Australia and New Zealand. Its tenants include hospital operators and healthcare providers, which deliver a range of services across the full spectrum of health services. Its portfolio of approximately 34 properties is located in Australia and New Zealand. Its portfolio has over 143 tenants and over 2,100 beds. Its Australia portfolio includes 120 Thames Street, Abbotsford Private Hospital, Belmont Private Hospital, and others. Its New Zealand portfolio includes 61-71 Park Road, Kipling Avenue, Auckland, Christchurch and others. The Trust is externally managed by Northwest Healthcare Properties Management Limited.
