The company is headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang and currently employs 10,271 full-time employees. The firm mainly operates its business through three segments. The Toll Operation segment is engaged in the operation and management of high grade roads and the collection of the expressway tolls. The Securities Operation segment is engaged in the securities and future broking, margin financing and securities lending, securities underwriting and sponsorship, asset management, advisory services and proprietary trading. The Others segment is engaged in the hotel operation, high grade road construction, investment in other financial institutions and other ancillary services. The firm mainly conducts its businesses in the domestic market.
